Looks like I have a long wait ahead. Called CIC today. Security didn’t start yet

However long that’s going to take!

Dont worry about security not started status from call center too much. Even I called them a week before my PPR and security wasnt started. So, ya its taking time for some of the AORs but Call center guys do not have all the info I guess.

If you have applied for GCMS and dont recieve it then its a positive sign !! and until last week i was told Security not started and Criminality not started!!

I had received an ADR for updated POF and IMM5406e (Additional Family Information).
The message was signed by agent number - MD18910.
Does anyone have any knowledge what the code MD stands for? I presume it is the code for the visa office but not able to figure out which one?

Just give it soon, ADR in IP2 is generally followed by PPR!!

ITA: 25th June
AOR: 8th Aug
MEP: 28th Aug
IP2: Oct 20th
PPR: Jan 23rd 2019
COPR and visa: 29th Jan

Congratulations ! You got your Passport back from NDVO ? or is it just the COPR (Profile approved) ?

Hey guys,
I have a specific question. It is a long story, so bear with me.
I applied for PR and received PPR back in 2017. But then I married my GF before landing and added her name to the application in August 2018, during which she was pregnant. In December our son was born and we informed IRCC about his birth and they have opened a portal to upload the typical information (Birth Certificate, Passport, Medical and CAD 150 processing fee). All good till now.
So the issue is that I showed funds of around $13,700 USD in August 2017 (CAD 18,000 according to the current conversion rate) and the funds required for three people are CAD 19,500 something.
Should I upload the revised statement showing CAD 19,500 anyways or will IRCC ask me for it if needed?

Why you are bothered by Agent code ? You just go ahead and upload the updated POF.

Did you ask your status through email? I also have my VO email, but I thought it is preferable to communicate with them through CSE.

I've got ghost update on Jan 24, and there is no PPR email since then. I'm getting mad... Thinking all the time about this and checking and checking my mail.... How many days can it take to get PPR email after ghost update?
I wish I didn't see this ghost, because I was living normally before that, but now waiting is unbearable

Also one big change today morning, BG status changed from BG yet to start to " We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information"

Guys any reviews or comments on this. Little sunshine atleast today.
