This is the second time my visa rejected and they mentioned the reason is that, they are not satisfied with the purpose of visit and proposed studies..

How can anybody comment when you do not appear in any posts shared your profile such as current qualifications , any work experience and how relevant those are to your chosen course for when you return to your home country. Not even your English language ability.

I completed my engineering degree in electrical and electronics in 2015 after that I worked for 2years.i submitted all relevent experience certificates, have good score in IELTS.When I apply last time embassy asked for an updated offer letter then I submitted one,but they rejected my application and said they are not satisfied with the updated offer letter.
This time( Jan intake) I got one year valid offer letter from Cape Breton university for post degree in electronics and controls then submitted my application with all papers on December 14.
They rejected my application for the reason that,not satisfied with the purpose of visit and proposed studies which I choose with in that that mentioned about the previous studies,mark sheet also about the future plan.
