Congratulations. Can you please tell me 'Did you receive remedical instruction(form) from CIC, If so 'Did you sent any CSE intimating them on your medical expiry and requested for remedical form'.

You just sent the New Medical report from your side without CIC request

When i called them regarding this, they said either CIC will grant extension or ask for remedical. Mine expires 3rd of March, but havent heard anything regarding re-medical.
Jayson 3 March is the date you may have done the medicals right? The expiration of the medicals is form the date they were passed by IRCC. If you have the gcms notes you can find the date over there
Hi i don't think that's the case because i was asked to redo medicals ( my expiry is 03 April 2019) and when i have gone to the doctors i asked them when will the medicals expire he said as i have taken medicals tests on 03 april 2018 so from then an year i.e - 03 april 2019 would be the expiry date.
my medicals were passed on 12 june 2018 if it was one year from that date then i still will have 4 and half months left for expiry ( if this is the case they wouldn't ask me to redo medicals so early .

Guess once you are near for approval that's when you will get a re medicals request . This is my understanding from others cases and there are people who are waiting for an update whose medicals have already expired .
My AOR is April 7, 2018. No news since then, everything is under review. Submitted application for bridging work permit, waiting for the update.
I should have done that earlier but I was hoping that my case will be ready soon but it never happened.
Congratulations!! Did you get to know through cbsa notes when your SS started? Also, do you mind asking me which country are you from?
I am exactly not sure on this , usually after you get your Passports back with the visa it is valid for 6 months . But in another thread i have been told that visa will be valid until 6 months or expiry of medical or expiry of your passport - whichever comes first . But am certain you will get this information from CIC with your passport about what would be the last date for you to travel to canada !
