actually my college said that they will send me defer letter in feb. for sep intake
please suggest me one more thing ...can i change my 1 year program to 2 yr in same college by adjusting fee ....or i have to refund it firstly ?
In this case, if your visa expires at 01/2021 (I assume that you take a two-year program) and you're still on your study at that time (because you'll start your study at 09/2019), how can you extend your visa?
I'm in this case too.
My visa alsp got rejected and the reason was that i will not leave canada after my study....so it means that they dont have any problem with my previous education , my selected course....etc???????. they only have a problem with that they didnt convinced about my future goals of coming back to india ????????
You can change the course only once you completed your current program. Therefore, simple get the admission letter in Feb from yoru college and travel in August for the September intake. and apply visa extension before 3 months of visa expiry. once, you completed the 1 year program get the passing certificate or diploma which you will get from your college. submit the copy of this document along with your visa application for the new program that you are talking about.
Insort you have to complete your currect program for which the CIC has approved your VISA. once you done with this program then you can take admission in new program and get VISA for that as well.
mine was also same case .some people are saying that i opt for 1 yr course thats why i got rejected.

The reason they have provided is a common statement as per their immigration law. it doesn't give proper detailed information about the refusal. Therefore, apply for CAIPS notes which will take around 1 month to get the detailed reason of refusal as well as they will also suggest you the possible solution of the issue you are facing. Don't take chance by just updating your or amending you SOP without CAIPS notes.

It doesnt mean that all the applicant with 1 year program got rejected. I know many who got approval on 1 year program. so better to findout the real issue under SOP by getting CAIPS notes instead of assuming.
Definitely, you can, just tell them that you got rejection due to wrong selection of the program. Therefore, want to change the program. But make sure that this is your real issue. Don't assume that they have rejected your VISA due to the wrong program. the real issue can be explained by the people only who have rejected the VISA. so if you are applying for September intake then get your CAIPS notes. this way you will have the real reason and you can fix it before reapplying thereafter they won't be able to refuse you VISA as you have already fulfilled their requirement.
ok, so the cic allows 3 extra months after your course finish date, ex: if my VISA will expiree on 01/2021. but the intake will start from 09/2019 and will end on 09/2021. Therefore, I will travel to Canada in 08/2019 along with the admission letter of September 2019 intake to show the immigration team at the airport in Canada.
Will apply for VISA extension 3 months before 01/2021 while I am in Canada continuing my study and submit the New admission letter or the VISA extension letter which you can get from your college. this way the CIC will extend your VISA from 01/2012 to 09/2021.
