Call 18882422100 and then you press 1-1-2 and you can call any time any day

Thank you. I just called it and it never stated anything about my owp ? confusing as just mentioned medical (my rep isn't the best and whenever mentioned my owp she has never responded so made me question if she sent it off) I may just have to call them

That service is just for your pr application and not for the open work permit. You can't know details about your open work permit through that service. You can call them on the same number and talk to an agent and ask if they received an OWP with your pr application

We submitted our app on Nov 30, and it was received on Dec 3. We also haven’t heard anything and I’m unable to link the application either. Let’s see, hopefully we’ll get to know soon!

Did you also apply for OWP? Let me know when you get any updates from the immigration.

That service is just for your pr application and not for the open work permit. You can't know details about your open work permit through that service. You can call them on the same number and talk to an agent and ask if they received an OWP with your pr application

You're welcome! Don't be paranoid, hopefully everything is all right, just call them in the early morning like 8-9 am so you get a higher chance of getting faster to an agent, that'll set your mind at ease

I linked my PR application yesterday trying to link OWP and its not.

Please help

@Lime06 I read on FB group that it might take 5-7 days before you can link OWP. I was able to link my application, but no OWP too. I think it's because once they process your application they send OWP app to different location for processing. I will post once I'm able to link it!

I want to call CPC but I do not know our file number. Any advice on which channels I take to speak to a live agent?

I was just able to link to our OWP application now and we got AOR 3 days ago. OWP's are processed in Edmonton so that explains the delay in fully syncing with the timing of notifications coming out of CPC Mississauga.

You can call IRCC and ask for application number. When you try to link using it, drop the X from the start, so your first letter is F instead. If there's only you and your sponsor, number of people in application is 2 when you're searching to link (as you may know).

And we did make some mistakes! Once we caught them we sent a web form with revised documents and hard copies via courier. Hopefully that was enough, I'm still waiting for AOR before we officially celebrate that it's been accepted. Who knows, for some reason we may be able to find it online and still have it disappear later... won't claim to know how IRCC thinks and works on these things!

We just got MR this morning as well, timeline in signature.

Edit: I tried to book an appointment for the medical but for some reason the IME number is not showing up in their system; I'll try again later.

The IME number (on MR form) showed up in the system today, and I was able to book an appointment for Jan 28th in Vancouver.

Hey Guys, our spousal PR + OWP application was received on 28th November but have not received AOR yet.

I called CIC 2 days back they told me a temporary application number starting with X that I can not use online. It is a bit worrying that no news yet. Any pointers on what are these temporary file numbers.
