Question about submit complaint

I m on 15th month waiting for ceremony , i passed test 8 month ago l. Mp , lawyer , and cic said i should wait cause background check not done yet . Can i use this link and submit complaint?

Is it good to do or not ? And should i submit complain against cbsa? Or another organization?

If I understand correctly, you passed the test but has not gotten "Decision made" in Ecas yet, right? If so, you have not been "waiting for the ceremony", but really, waiting for them to process the application. Those are two different situations! As others stated above, if background checks are pending, then it could be that IRCC is waiting for information from other countries, which is really not something under IRCC's (or your) control.

It is very frustrating and I am sorry that you are going through that, but you should probably work on accepting the situation and that it is not under your control- for your own sanity and mental health. There is nothing you can do, but being a PR is pretty great too

That is true, there is nothing you can do =/ We do not have control over this, hence we should not let ourselves be disturbed by it! We have to do our best to be patient and focus on other stuff
