Ghost update was on Nov 22, 2018. That’s the date on all these verification-related entries and App Status Change in my GCMS notes.

I thought it was a recent update to signify that your criminality is passed. What did the case analyst notes Say?

Ahh okay. You are right actually, it was us who mentioned the COPR. But this does mean an approval right? I mean she didn't exactly say it but she said all checks are passed, a final decision seems to have been made and we should expect a letter soon...?

Yes I second, it is one step before approval.

Also, I have seen this in multiple posts the agent do never refer to anything called PPR, they only say COPR or CPR. So it might not just be you but their way of naming it.

In whatever scenario, your application ia moving at a good pace and once you hear about the approval or get a ghost update. PLEASE EMAIL NDVO.

They know we call it PPR although they call it Ready for Visa mail.
COPR/CPR is entirely different.

OK, so I just got a response for the CSE we raised together on Monday.

By now everyone knows the agent Khadija, Agent 4133.

Fortunately, the mail did not ask me to 'keep the communication with their office to the minimum'

And Unfortunately, the content is ditto copy paste with what a few folks have received earlier.

I have made 4 attempts until now to reach them over phone, all attempts in vain. Even the one made @ 11:30 PM IST (@richa1987 thanks but these people are tougher to reach than we think.)

So in my case i was told application approved, with the following details
Eligibility = Met
Criminality = Passed
Security = Passed.

So does it mean that until a visa officer passes my Eligibility I wont be eligible to receive the PPR ?

Security = Passed.

Yes. The good thing is It can be passed in an hour.

Notes were blank!! The previous note was about recommended passed from July, which I had already seen in my previous GCMS.
