Job Offer Points for PR then left Canada

Hello Experts,

Presently I am in Canada for last 6 months. I am planning to apply EE and claim job offer points as soon as I complete one year. Now question is

1) If I claim the 50 points from Job offer category and get selected to apply for PR, how much time will it take to get the PR? Assuming I have WES done, Police Inquiry certificate and Funds are ready to prove

2) Based on above question #1 Lets say I got a PR but immediately I leave Canada to my Home country, will my PR get revoked since I did not stay in Canada?

Hello,

1) Usually average processing time of Express Entry is currently around 6 months after AOR received. Just for your note, AOR means Acknowledge of Receipt which is the letter that you will receive once you finish uploading all the documents after ITA.

2) Once you complete your landing as a PR then you are a PR and leaving your job cannot revoke your PR status. You are free to go anywhere. Cheers!

If you claim the valid job offer point (which is 50 points) for your EE score and you receive the ITA, you have to stay with your job until you land as a PR. As I said, the average processing time for EE is currenty 6 months, and you only can land once you receive the Confirmation of Permanent Resident document after your file is approved.
