@worldgreatestWhen you receive the PPR from NDVO, email NDVO/reply the PPR email or write a new email with subject "Urgent! Request for change of passport submission location"
The body of the email can go thus:
Good day Madam/Sir,
Please I'd like to request a change of the VFS for submission of passports from the VFS in India to the VFS in xxxx, zzzz for onward transmission to Canadian Visa office yyyyyy.
I'm currently living in zzzzz and the VFS in xxxxx has refused to accept the passports for submission to the visa office in New Delhi, insisting on a change of location to yyyyy.
I would appreciate an updated passport request letter to reflect a passport submission to yyyyy and not New Delhi.
I appreciate your help.
Thanks. Though they take normally 3-5 days to reply, they have been very quick in responding recently. As quick as 7 minutes (reported in the forum)Yeah I did my part by just raising a CSE. Guys, normally how long does it take them to reply (if they decide to reply)?
Wow.... This is Good. congrates.PPR at last from NDVO. So happy. @tobs, can you send me the template email for change of VO. Wishing everyone one awaiting PPR good news soon.
Generic copy paste replies unfortunately.Thanks. Though they take normally 3-5 days to reply, they have been very quick in responding recently. As quick as 7 minutes (reported in the forum)
Congratulations!!! I Guess NDVO would be replacing Ottawa very soon.PPR at last from NDVO. So happy. @tobs, can you send me the template email for change of VO. Wishing everyone one awaiting PPR good news soon.
I would simply ignore such posts from people who think they work for CIC, but that's just me!!No. How can someone assert with so much confidence that everyone who hasn't received PPR is in security screening just because it's past 6 months? It's ridiculous tbh. If it were so no one should ever get PPR on the 7th or 8th or even 9th month since we know SS takes at least 6 months. Smdh!! Mtcheew! His theory is false and I beg you to disregard it.
What is more frustrating is that even people with review required cases from June have got pprs. I mean really they require so much time to just have a quick look at file whose eligibility is met. They are just giving false reasons as they are unable to complete applications within timeline.Precisely! We wonder why they waste resources on sending pointless, non-case specific replies, instead of investing them in checking our files for real! Eligibility has been met since July, so the entire cloak and dagger around a senior officer reviewing it and passing it formally strikes me as rather insane!
I think they still do but for some reason people are not really going with that option as much anymore.@tobs, are they no longer accepting passport by courier in Accra visa office? I think that shld be faster than using VFS.
Just ignore the PPR from NDVO. You don't have to email NDVO to explain anything. Go ahead and use Ottawa's PPR to submit in London.@tobs
I have got 2 PPRS now. Today another From NDVO and earlier from CPC Ottawa. I don’t need the NDVO one. I made plans to submit PP in London. Should I go ahead with my earlier PPR from Ottawa which states to submit my PP in london and send a mail to NDVO that I have already submited and ask to just change to LVO?
word!!!!Few of those who have got ppr or not, please stop demotivating. We have already waited enough and to hear words you are under security screening and blah blah is really disturbing. Also, you would have understand pain if you were in shoes of people awaiting ppr.
If you can’t motivate, please don’t demotivate.
