The approvals so far are for Winter 2019 intake especially those who deferred but in no time, Summer 2019 intake are the next expectants of a visa decision
There is no application window. I have to fill the printed form and email them. Anyways I have choosen another program as second choice but thats a certificate program. Now i donot know if its a higher level program than bachelors or not.(Because i already have a bachelor's degree)

A certificate program of 6months - 2yrs can't be higher than a Bachelor that always has its program from 4yrs above
Then what should I select? There is no program other than Diploma and certificate that is open enrollment program.

However, it seems so as most colleges requires prospect admission applicants to apply through the assigned college agents in their respective countries whilst others goes both ways of either applying by self(an applicant) or the agent. It this be your case, endeavour to confirm from the college's international office/admission.
All colleges are open for Fall 2019 intake. Visit the college's website. Any queries about Douglas college, write directly to the school to get a confirmed information
