My husband living in Pakistan. Our eligibility passed, his criminal check passed but security clearance not cleared yet anyone knows a timeline for this?

The timeline is "however long it takes". Every case is different and if there is anything "interesting" in his history, they may need to do extensive research.

File received 15th Sept 2017
Application linked 25th Oct 2017
Med Pass in July 2018
Eligibility pass 15th July 2018
Criminality pass 15th July 2018
Got info on 1st Nov that Security check has not been initiated.
Not sure what is the status currently. Can anyone please advise how long does it usually take to complete SC?

BGC can take weeks or months If they put you in ss, 6 months to a year average

AOR mean?
