Hi,

I have submitted my application on October 17th and received AOR immediately. I got my medicals done even before I received ITA. The doctor’s office has sent me a hard copy of my medical report which I have scanned and submitted to the application along with my emedical report. Does anyone know how this will impact my process?

AOR - October 17th (submitted application same day)

IP1/2 is not an official term, it is a made-up term to track progress in the application

IP1 is when your BG status shows 'Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.'

IP2 is when your BG status shows 'We are processing your background check. we will send you a message if we need more information'

Hi all, need some help.

My timeline is as follows:

AOR: 25th Oct 2018
Biometrics: 3rd Dec 2018
RPRF Req: 13 Dec 2018
RPRF Paid: 17 Dec 2018

My query is, until RPRF email, Background Check stated as “We are processing your Background check.We will send you a message if we require more information”

However, after I paid RPRF it has changed to: “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check”

I am just confused what stage I am and how long it would take for PPR email?

It is not, for applicants who are to give biometrics, their applications is at IP2 since the date of AOR. Hence, the terms IP1 and IP2 don't make much sense in the recent past.
