Can the profile get updated post Christmas that is on 27,28 or 29?Or should I keep waiting until the holiday season is over!!

No, you can check after Christmas (27th onwards).

I see that some people who have November AOR have already recieved a PRRF request. So is that mean their applications are processed faster?

I have not still gotten any updates after biomentry. Only have found out that my file is still in Sydney

27th to 31st are working days for IRCC so profile changes can almost certainly happen on those days. Only 25-26 and 1st are holidays.

RPRF request is another useless indicator. Some have gotten it early on and spent months waiting and some have gotten it later on and got PPR within weeks and some have gotten it in the middle. IRCC seems to change when they send the RPRF request randomly or maybe it differs from VO to VO.

I don't understand why people don't pay it upfront... even the IRCC website recommends paying it upfront to ensure faster processing.

You can do whatever you want with the money, its your money after all as long as you are prepared to provide updated POF documents at any point in the process.

Majority of the October and November AoRs have the same status
Sit back and relax, IRCC will mail you if they need any new document from you.

I think "dukenukem" is inland. If you are Outland, I don't think you are requested to provide that right after the MEP, plus, that must have been an RCMP request (Inland).
