UK Police Cert question & Bank account query

Hey guys,
I was one of the lucky ones to get an ITA on Dec 19th.
I thought i had all my documents in place until i got to my Checklist where it asks for a police certificate from Scotland (my residence/citizenship) and another from England.
The only thing i have is a Police Certificate from the UK (Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales) so i'm confused on how they are asking for separate documents here??

Also, i work overseas and would be unable to get a letter from my bank about when my account was opened etc...would 6 months statements be ok or will this cause an issue? Should i add a letter of explanation here?

I am a seafarer working onboard cruise ships. So I am still only a resident in Scotland and have only this permanent address.

Police cert point covered above. There is only one UK PCC. A point just to mention in the LOE to cover bases.

When you say that you wouldn't be able to receive a letter from your bank, do you mean because you won't be home before the deadline to submit your documents? Have you asked the bank if they could email a letter? Is there someone you could have the letter sent to who could scan the letter and send it to you? (as you need to scan it anyway). If not then 6 months of statements, with a suitable LOE explanation would be reasonable.

Thank you for the clarification on the police cert...i ended up sending off for a Disclosure Scotland cert too just to be safe and have included in in an LOE too.

Yes, i am onboard until May! I called Bank of Scotland and RBS yesterday, both of which were funny with me not going into my local branch. Managed to persuade RBS to email it to me and BoS are going to query with my local branch and hopefully send one via mail. I'm sure that during the holidays it'll take a while so i've included all i can in terms of statements etc and if they ask for the letters at a later date then hopefully i should have received them.
