I would like to sponsor My mom for 2019.
I think I qualify for the income but not sure what is happening with the new system. They have changed to first come basis right?

I have few question, Do I just send in the application for 2019 or do I have to fill out an eligibility for before I do it?

My mother has some health issue, heart and lungs will that make here inadmissible. She currently has Supervisa for 7 years will that be cancelled if they deem so?
