Permanent Resident Renewal Timeline 2018

I got my AOR email last night. Was able to link my application to mycic account yesterday night itself. But nothing was showing in ecas (as they update it only once a day).

And then today I checked now in the morning, ecas shows the application. It says in process.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 25, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 18, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on December 18, 2018.

It says sent correspondence on Dec 18, but I got it on Dec 17 night ...

Just hoping and praying to see this to Decision Made soon and receive the PR card in my hand soon .

1. For ECAS:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html and select PR Card and scroll down for options.
OR click here directly https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en and accept the terms and cond. And on the next page , fill in the details (UID or the receipt number you received) and your name, DoB and Country.

2. MyCIC : You need to create an account, if not already done.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html
Once logged in you have an option to Link your application. Fill in the fields as per your selected option.

I did. But so far nothing works... sigh

Is there anyone here with In process status once it appeared online (and not Decision made)?
We got the acknowledgement email on the 19th and I finally see the status online but it is In process (
Worrying a bit because for my mom's application (processed a few months back) it was different - it showed up as Decision made right away, as soon as we got the email and online access)

Immigrant7, does you application still show 'in process' status? My dad's application also shows in process status (while my mom's was 'decision made' as soon as got the email and was able to access online)

We sent 4 applications, 2 on the 30th received and 2 on the 29th received according to Canada post. We only received one email regarding one application by CIC which was received on the 30th. While the rest 3 there is nothing so far. Im getting worried now.

Wondering if someone can shed a bit of light....my application and my wife's both state 'Decision Made', but unable to see exactly what the decision is....so will it actually show up or not? (apologies if it's a silly question)

Our timeline was as follows:

Check the Ecas in few days if the card was approved no problem they will add number 4.. your card was sent.... Happen to me 2 days after decision made.
Also you can create an account at CIC and then link your application there you can see details if the card is approved

Thanks for your assistance, I have created and linked the application but it didn't really say much, so I thought I'd come here and ask but with the x-mas period I do expect some delay in status updates...Cheers

Thanks. I submitted a copy of the Ontario legal name change certificate. That should be more than sufficient.

Updating my info..

2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 12, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on December 12, 2018
4. Your car was sent by mail Dec 17

Received today Dec 21. Oakville. Ontario
One family member missing.. we applied 4.. just 3 cards received..
Hopefully come next week.
I asked for a name change .. and It was not processing.. just need to summit the documents again. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL PROCESS MY REQUEST THIS TIME.
