In the application guide, this is what they say.

We strongly recommend that you submit your application at least three months ahead of your proposed date of travel. Applications received after 1 April for May entry, after 1 August for September entry, and after 1 December for January entry may not be processed in time for the start of the class and may be refused.

So if you are going to submit exactly after the deadline then you are going to be in problem. Some people are lucky and get the visa fast. This does not mean that the Canadian Embassy is obliged to give you your visa fast. You seem to be claiming that x no of people are getting fast so why am I not getting fast and then blaming the " visa people" for not processing your application. You have not mentioned when you applied for the visa in this forum. If it exceeds the 45-day limit then you can file a web form and ask them about the delay. Until then you have no choice but to wait like everyone else. If you applied in Nov 26th for example then only after Jan 1st 2019 can you ask them about any delay. They have 45 days to issue visa under SDS and some will get fast and some will get slow. Perhaps you are the one who needs to get your facts in check before blasting off. No one can tell why one candidate gets it faster than the other nor can anyone guarantee you anything.

Hey, i know your frustration. But there is no gain for you if you do that. Instead stay calm and keep faith in god. Some get visa after 85 days (take example from here in the forum). Use ircc web form to enquire about your case and make sure all details are correct and ask politely.

Bro you are right but rejected students are getting visa in just 15 days after refusal under general and SDS catagory and fresh students are waiting for approval.

It depends if they keep the application open pending some clarification then they are still in the older application and they don't have to re-apply for a fresh application. We don't have knowledge about how they operate visa processing. Having traveled extensively I know that getting even a visit visa is not easy and such things will take time. You have to be patient and hope for the best. Keep backup of deferring to next intake.
