We have done process in canada now its in london officer have still cant link. we see our current status by online status...i said that if need some dacuments again to visa officer how i send to him quikly ?if i link my application i can talk direct to visa officer.

If they need documentation they will email you and you can still upload on the ircc webform without using gckey.
I am also not able to link the application to online account using GC Key. I am able to see the status online though through online tool but can not link the application to GC Key. Please Advise

Do you HAVE to link your account online? Can you just handle your application through your email all the way to the end of the process. What benefits are there linking your application. Also if later on they require more documents can you send by email or online account (if you linked) or by a courier.

My understanding is that I will be able to see the detailed status there... Coz right now all I can see is that we received your application on August 24th 2018.
They emailed me a letter though for Bio Metric fee and stuff.... But no correspondence or status update after that. So I dont know where the case is right now..

If your using the uci use the format xxxx-xxxx People will often not put the -. And for the number of people in the application, put 2 instead of 1.

Application for my wife's sponsorship was received on August 24 2018.
She Moved to USA on TD Visa in last week of November.
Got Instructions for Medical on Dec 18, 2018.

Average processing times are 12 months (from when the application is received), no matter when the medical happens. Lately they've been speeding it up a bit so many applications have been finishing in the 10-11 month range, but you still have quite a bit to go til then.
Thank you for the update. But I have personally heard from few people that their process was completed within 6-8 Months, End to End. And I read online that it takes 2-3 Months after Medical...So I am not sure... Lets hope for the best.
Americans applying outland can have their PR process completed in about six months. In some other cases, some really straight forward cases can also be fast, but that's quite rare.
Up until recently medicals happened at the six point mark, halfway through the process. Getting the medical request generally meant you still had about six months to go, provided everything else went well. Now they've changed it and people do medicals a couple of months into the process. This doesn't change the actual overall average processing times, which are still at 12 months.
If you applied in August, count on August and hope for possibly June/July (if the recent speedier processing times hold). Don't expect anything sooner than that as it will just make you stress for no reason.
