File approved but no ppr

@Forcer Did you receive the PPR mail? I am in a similar situation .File approved and currently at the Centralized Intake Office .
I guess it was approved on the 12th of December when I received a ghost update .

AOR of Sep 6, the IRCC call center says file was approved on Dec 4 but hasn't been transferred to Buffalo visa office yet. No PPR yet. IRCC agent said outermost limit is May (!), but it shouldn't take that long.

In same boat. Approved on Nov 21 and no movement after that. When ever I called them, I too got the same reply that PPR would come at any time and keep looking your inbox.
