I send email to LVO three days ago but only got confirmation that we receive your email but no reply so I am asking in how much days they give reply to you when you send them email

Chances are, you will probably get the documents request before they even reply, that's how busy they are.
Yah I know they are busy but let see next week should be get some response
And forms come first from their reply right and what they say to you in reply
