Is pre-arrival letter is received by everyone or mandatory for ppr mail?
Even I didn’t get that too

Received by everyone i think. Im not sure. But some of my friends did not attend the pre-arrival but still they received PPR later on.

Same here. Mine was not forwarded to my Local VO. It was stuck in CIO, Sydney, Nova Scotia.

How we can find the location of file.
In my GCMS it says
Primary office - centralized intake office
Secondary office - cpc- ottawa

I'm pnp October 2017 applicant
Passed medical in april 2018

I am not sure how because i have a representative.
