Hello, can someone help me with this situation? If a husband with a work permit decided to go back home, can his wife with an open work permit stay in Canada? The work permit is valid for another year. They are separated for now; the husband filed for divorce in the home country.

Yes she can stay until the end of her work permit.

Contact the local mp office and send cic a letter. I applied in September on 13 and today is the 95th day without medical. The max processing days are 104 atm

They take 30 days to get back so itsnt worthy imo. The best bet is to contact the local mp office and get them involved

I contact to local MP office and they call to cic. They only said approval depending on medical request so I have to wait.
