He is CIC applicant inland. So that's one of the rare case. I have seen CEC inland getting their PRs fast tracked
They could be doing other checks (like R10) before you having MEP. That was my case. For example, I just got my medicals passed today hahaha (AOR Oct 6) but on Nov 5 my status changed to IP1 (UCI was updated on that day also).Is it possible for one to have back ground check in progress before MEP ? And what stage will that be called ?
In some cases yes. But not 100% of the time.So if a person has cleared MEP then it is 100% sure he/she has cleared R10 check?
