Ok fellas, Oath ceremony done yesterday at Mississauga, became a citizen, all done!
Online status changed to completed this morning, with 5th line added that says you became a citizen on 5th.
Applying for passport tomorrow

Thank you, for sure, its the best Christmas present ..
Everything said and done, citizenship on it's own is not a big deal, but what you do with it certainly is. It makes it worthwhile only if you understand it's value and use it to make positive changes in your life, be it with a much better job, business opportunities, great government contracts/jobs, education, helping our family/friends etc., don't use it just as a status symbol and do nothing. I see a lot of ppl out there, who want to be Canadian but do nothing positive with their lives.

Congratulations! I suggest waiting another business day before u apply for passport sometimes it takes 3 business days instead of 2.

Thanks for the heads up, luckily the passport office is close to my work (walk-able distance), so even if it does not work out tomorrow, I'll hit them up on Monday.

Yes they had everything on record, I applied on Friday itself. I'm personally picking up the passport in two weeks from the same office - had to pay 20 bux extra for that.

Congratulations, on becoming the citizen. But wait, you have to wait two full days before you apply for the passport. I am wondering if you should wait until Monday and be safe.....
