My parents will be sponsoring my studies. Do I need to show my bank statement too or is theirs enough?

You have to show their bank statements. It should be at least 4 months matured. They want to check whether the money belongs to you or have you like borrowed the money from someone.

How long did it take you to get the medical request? And how long did it take after the medical to update on their website? I applied on Nov 1 and haven't even been asked for medical yet.

Medical request really depend from case to case , dont know whats the reason but some get it after 2 weeks , and some get after a month.

my requested medical was updated in 3 working days.

I have seen a thread of sept applicant who was requested to undergo medical in october but havn't yet received a passport call .

Medical done on 20 Nov
i recently connected to GC key
it shows Medical Passed
They are reviewing eligibility and background check
I am worried as if it can be rejected the visa?

After a requested medical , they dont reject one's visa.

If they want to reject your visa then they wont send u the medical request.
