Here I come! Put my application through today, Nov. 30, 2018. Inland applicant with outland spouse. Fingers crossed

Great news!! Just passed my medicals :D

They have asked me for additional documents

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature Please ensure that you do not leave any gaps in time.

Can anyone guide me what this is? and how do I upload it to my cic account?

For second time resubmitting the pr application, does CIC start reviewing from beginning or they review the old application and don’t check again the previous approved items?

Guys, cic requested for new IMM 5669 document and they mentioned specifically not to leave any gaps. I sent them new forms covering all my gaps. However, I just realised I may have made a mistake.

I was on a student visa in the UK from September 2010 to January 2012 and later changed that to Post Study Work Visa from February 2012 to January 2014.

My mistake is that I mentioned in IMM 5669 that I was under Student Visa status from September 2010 to January 2012. and was studying for my PG Certificate. However, my PG Certificate was completed on May 2011(I have also mentioned this same date in the education section earlier in the form). I went on travelling after I got my post study work visa and from the period of June 2011 to January 2012 I was basically unemployed. But I forgot to mention this 7 month period and instead just included it with my study period :(

How will this affect my application? :( I really want to change rectify this now? Can someone please help me how I go about to correct this since I have submitted the form already :( I'm really stupid for not thinking carefully :(

Do you know any specific reason why you might have received a Schedule A request?

Had any gaps in the history mentioned in application?

Sorry, saw your post now. I guess we both posted at same time.

Good question. May be there were gaps in their application. I now feel that I should have taken screenshots of my application.

I have no idea. You can't submit the form if you have any gaps. As I kept receiving notification that there is a gap. So I am sure I covered all gaps. Even I was surprised to see that request immediately after clearing my medicals.

When I tried to upload the completed Schedule A form in my profile, I noticed that they had named it as replacement document. I am assuming they must have missed my previous form or maybe just wanted a new form because I remember the old one was very detailed. I had a lot of 1 month gaps doing different things before I moved to the UK. Like 2 weeks, I was travelling to Delhi on vacation and the other month I was doing freelance, the next month I took up small courses like learning photoshop etc. So in this new form I decided to include all those under 1 category and mentioned it as unemployed/travelling. I finished my bachelors in 2009 April and left for UK on September 2010.

Silly, I didn't correct that 7 month gap :(
