seems like the process became slow in last 6 months! I am not surprised by this lethargic attitude, this is how canadian federal agencies work! super slow... good side is I am from Ottawa, so I guess Ottawa will be bit faster than Toronto or Vancouver.. but anyhow I am looking around 10-12 months to get the passport from the date of application received. I applied on October 12th.... Looking at your timeline, you applied on 01 OCT, so you may get AOR by end of December? Or before that they will take vacation for a month leaving all work behind.. super slow.

I just figured out I forgot to mention my travel for 2 weeks in summer 2015 to USA( flight), it won't impact my eligibility days , but when I checked I94 I found it, my question is shall I send an update or wait until CIC requests my CBSA travel and then they may send me a RQ , do they also check the I94 at CIC or not? I heard they don't unless they suspect ! also does CIC requests travel report from CBSA for all application or randomly?

thanks for the update, appreciate if you can help with my question also, from your experience /knowledge
i belive since u have excess dates , it wont impact. however we are suppose to document the actuals when we file the application. I guess they will contact you if more information from you is needed. Thats my thought now. Other pls help him with your thoughts.
