WES does not evaluate Study from Punjab Technical University

No, you do not need to send another copy of your transcripts. I am assuming since you got your ECA rejected, you got your evaluation fees refunded already.

All you have to do now is
1) Submit a new ECA evaluation (including making payment) through the same account you used before. This is important because WES will then be able to lookup transcripts previously sent for the same account.
2) Call WES at 1-212-966-6311 to expedite linking transcripts sent before to your new case.

Thank you for the response. I had applied for transcripts from PTU in March 2017 and mailed the same to WES two months ago. On WES site, it is written that they will verify documents on online portal from PTU. Do I need to apply again for transcripts on PTU site as I do not know how WES will verify old transcripts.

What I can tell you per my conversation with WES is that is only applicable for folks who will be starting a new application from hereon. For the folks who had their application rejected by WES, you do not need to submit your transcripts again. To quote you my case, I had my application rejected a month back. I reapplied for ECA evaluation on Friday and within two business days, WES already linked my previously sent PTU transcript to my new ECA evaluation.

To be more sure, I'd suggest you call WES at 1-212-866-6311 and get a verbal affirmation from them.

My order was also cancelled due to WES-PTU issue, I just wanted to make sure, whether you created a new account or started the application from the same account again. I called the support twice every time they have different answer. One told me to create a new account and get new reference number then the previous documents will be linked and the other one told me to start all over again.

Asking this because I first submitted my case in start of October and got rejection by end of October. Strange that you submitted your case in June but are still waiting for initial result.

In case your WES status currently shows ‘We are evaluating your documents right now’. You do not need to pay again and send any transcript, but if you had your case denied and have your case fee refunded, you need to pay again but need not send the documents again.

Mine is a hold case since August 2018. Believe that should also be expedited. Called up wes number but no specific information provided. Anyone else with such case waiting?

hi guys i just want to tell you that PTU is generating the pdf files online for the login and password which they provide to the WES for verifying the documents and if you already applied for your ECA than you just have to apply again with the same account and than just sit down and feel relax because they already have your documents from the last application and they request to the online verification from PTU by them self. you guys don't need to do anything except waiting for your ECA degree. and let them to do their work.
PTU team and The WES team as well as both worked very good job. i got my ECA which I applied two weeks ago. thanks everyone.

2 weeks only? Mine is on hold since August due verification from ptu.

No need to go anywhere just apply again if ypu get rejected or if you are still on hold then contact to WES for checking if they received your documents or not? If they didn’t receive yet then let your family members know about that and ask them to contact ptu for the delivery status about your documents. May be they also sent it but it is due because of the labor strike of Canada post here..
