JNTUCEA has not charged me anything. But other University had a challan fee 800 INR.

Did get transcripts for your final year thesis work?

My wife applied transcripts through uttarika (also called cleartranscripts) in july and they sent transcripts to WES in Aug.
In Aug, WES requested secondary verification and it's been 3 months now with no updates. Any advice.? Is there a process in JNTUH about this to reach them to a department.
I checked with Uttarika, they said, they cant help

Here is the exact procedure to get the Sealed Transcripts from JNTU Kakinada Or Ananthapur:


-Download the Transcripts application form from official university website.

- Fill the details and get the sign from college principal on the application form and also photocopies of documents for which you need the Sealed Transcripts.

- Take the DD/Challan with sufficient amount for which you need the Sealed Transcripts.

- Submit all the documents at JNTU Kakinada Or Ananthapur.

- They will inform you the date/Time to collect the Sealed Transcripts. You can comeback and get your Sealed Transcripts on that specific date.

*** Procedure for obtaining the Sealed Transcripts from JNTU Kakinada Or Ananthapur is the same.

Or else one more option if someone can't visit the college or university like me:

I got my Sealed Transcripts from Global transcripts as I am staying in US. You can contact them at Global.tc22@gmail.com Or 9440600404 / 7207164442 if you don't have the time to process all this. They will courier your Sealed Transcripts at door step.

I'm b.tech (CSE )graduate from JNTU Anantapur, 2015 batch. Can anyone tell me what is the procedure to apply and how to obtain transcripts from JNTU Anantapur. I'm in Canada now, I have to get my degree evaluated by WES. Is there any option, to apply online to JNTU, Anatapur for transcripts. please help me thanks.

They charged 8000 for Internation shipment, So I asked them to refund my shipping charges as they have not initiated shipment process, but they declined . How can I trust them?

I strongly recommend not to go with them.

They charged 8000 for Internation shipment, So I asked them to refund my shipping charges as they have not initiated shipment process, but they declined . How can I trust them?

I strongly recommend not to go with them.

We r in same boat. It’s been more than a month we paid 30000+ them. They didn’t send transcripts, not responding to mails and calls. What shall we do? Please advise.

Hi All,
Starting this post to clear the confusion on JNTU Anantapur and Hyderabad not being listed in WES Tool (World Education Services) for education equivalency.
My certificates are from Hyderabad but I studied in Anantapur campus.

Even though only JNTU Kakinada appears in WES tool, all the 3 campuses in Kakinada, Hyderabad and Anantapur are eligible (Recognized Institutions) for education equivalency across world.

Copies submitted:
1) Degree Certificate (Attestation by Registrar- NOT NEEDED). But good to get attested.
2) Marks Memos (All Semisters)- (Attestation by Registrar- IS NEEDED).
No other transcripts were included.
Placed in envelope and got it sealed where ever envelop is pasted and sealed over the seal.

Address mentioned with WES Reference Number. Sent personally through FedEx Express Envelope.
reached in 3 working days.

If status is not updated in 3-5 days, call and request them to expedite. It pushes the process ahead.
