What are the options I have with these scores?

Hey everyone, I'm 28 an unmarried person who has started his application for Canadian Immigration, I wrote my IELTS recently and my overall score is 8.0 with R:9, L:8, S:8.5, W:6. I have a first class bachelors degree in Production Engineering, and Masters in Renewable Energy from Ireland. Also I speak like 5 languages. I'm currently working as a Production Engineer with a leading structural steel fabrication firm in the Middle East for 3 years, overall experience of about 5 years. My current CRS Score is 411. What are the options that I have? What employment scope do you reckon I have in Canada? Any specific province and professions I should be aiming at? Do I need to improve my IELTS score?
