CAN+ Processing-Phil Passport Holder

Hi Everyone,

A fellow applicant from this group just informed me about CAN+ processing. I never heard about it. I have been to Canada last July 2018 for one week and I also visited USA for one week since I got my B1/B2 visa.

I submitted my application online last Oct31, 2018. Is there anyway that I can request for CAN+? as per CIC, processing times for Saudi Arabia will take 19days.

it will automatically process and consider as Can+ but if you submit offline they do put a tag on it in VFS office online i think it will automatically consider as you are mentioning you were in CA before .

Not necessarily. My husband didn't request for CAN+ (because we've never heard of it before). He lives and works in the US. He has visited Canada multiple times. It took him 4 months from submitting his application to getting back his stamped passport. It's up to the officer.

Your application is being processed within regular processing timelines. CAN+ is now out of the question

Not necessarily. My husband didn't request for CAN+ (because we've never heard of it before). He lives and works in the US. He has visited Canada multiple times. It took him 4 months from submitting his application to getting back his stamped passport. It's up to the officer.

CAN+ is available only to passport holders of certain nationalities. Maybe your husband's passport is not eligible for CAN+ processing

There's no list as such. You'll need to see the Visa Office instructions for your country of passport

Hi, I applied online but I just came to know this CAN+ this week but my application was already submitted. Hoping to get a result soon.

Thanks Bryanna..I just hope to get a response from CIC soon. KSA processing time is 19days.. last yr in my application i get approved 29days.
