Gap in studies for student visa for canada

Hi,
I have done PTE with 50 score overall and each.
My last qualification was diploma in ECE in 2008.
After that job in same field.
How many chances of getting student visa for canada.?

PTE is not accepted. Your will need to appear for IELTS.

gap is not an issue if you can explain it in your SOP. What does your checklist say? Does it ask for IELTS?

Only a few colleges accept PTE but with this PTE score your chances are too slim,better prepare for IELTS brother,you will have plenty of colleges to choose from.

Also see the option of immigration via express entry. Becoz u have worked already in one field over three yrs.. and are below 35. So good chance if Ur CRS score is above 450. Check CRS calculator

If u get PR then u pay local Fees .. almost half the ones student visa needs

However u need IELTS in both cases... General for immigration and academic for study
