You need to quickly email the local visa office that processes applications for your in-laws' country of residence. It does not matter if you applied. It's their mailing address that's important

Application status: Submitted ( since Sept. 17, 2018)

e-Mail (Local CIC immigration office) : Oct.11, 2018

I would suggest going to your local MP, getting them to email immigration, i had applied for my mothers supervisa, application was stuck in ‘reviewing eligibility ‘ stage for 4.5 months. We had sent them multiple emails and web forms, had no reply from them. After waiting for so many months i finally went to my MP’s office. They sent NDVO email and within 1 week our application moved to the next step (medical).

hey guys I got the medical request for my inlaws supervisa medical. we applied online on 28 Oct...I am concerned that they are Diabetic and having blood pressures issues..will this hinder in thier medical exam report...kindly advise...how long will it take to get the passport request...

Hope their blood sugar levels and blood pressures are controllable with medicines.... and no other medical issues arising from these two conditions.

how long will it take to get the passport request...

A couple of weeks or so after they pass their medicals

There are no guarantees with any visa application
