· Work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.

I heard that it's better to just copy the responsibilities as is from CIC website, they say it would be much easier. I am hesitant to do so as I have 4 letters and 4 of them would have same responsibilities.
Did you hear anything like that?

Never ever copy responsibilities from CIC website. You have to create your own.

• Prepared and maintained test data for executing test cases

• Analyzed system requirements and document entire software testing process accordingly.

• Designed, developed and tested various reports.



2) Programmer Analyst (19 months)

· Responsible for the development and maintenance of the oracle application modules according to the requirement.

· Implementing of order to cash cycle.

· Design an effective interface for all business requirements.

· Design detail specifications for all application development.

· Creating complex reports using Oracle D2k.

· Design the Oracle databases and evaluate all design and coding activities.

Thanks a lot. I have one question. I have worked in Genpact as a process developer. But when requested for detailed job responsibilities letter, they said as per policy cannot provide it. They gave it to me on an official letter head stating it. Can i request my manager to provide me a letter or by company email? Will that work?

If my coworker or manager can provide me content of my letter through company email with their signature, will that be okay? Can i use my manager and coworker reference letters both or any one of them would be okay?

Get it on blank paper from either Manager or Coworker, Do not get it from both. Get it physically signed with his contact details.
No need to be notarized.

I have added the below responsibilities for NOC 2174. Can you guys please review and suggest your opinions. I'm planing to submit my application this week.

Role Description:
Programmer Analyst (From February 26th 2012 to October 24th 2013)

• Add changes to existing Web pages by developing XML using SDL Tridion tool.
• Develop new Web Services using Struts framework 2.0 as per Clients Requirements.
• Build User Interface using HTML5, JavaScript and JSP’s which leverage the Web services developed and present a free flowing Customer experience in the browser.
• Implement Minor Site Enhancements to the client’s website which includes adding and removal of the fields in UI and changing the static content on the web pages.
• Unit testing the changes made using JUnit and uploading the test results to HP Quality Center.
• Actively getting the code reviewed by senior programmers and implementing the code review comments.
