CIO also work as a Case Processing Center (CPC) for many applications. For this reason many applications never get moved out of CIO and receive ppr directly from there. Other CPC also can transfer file to CIO at later stage for workload redistribution purpose. So yes it is possible your file moved to CIO-Sydney for final assessment and became primary office from CPC-Ottawa.

My file also recently moved from Ottawa to Nova Scotia. Hoping this wont cause further delays.

When ur VO changed to novo scotia.. i called yesterday i.e oct 29th, my file still in ottawa..

The last time i called was October 5 and it was still in Ottawa. I got RPRF request on October 16 and IP2 on Oct 23. Maybe it changed before RPRF or after IP2 - I dont know. I got to know its in Nova Scotia when I called on Oct 26. Criminality is passed, security not started.

Good news : application approved
Bad news : he said I will get PPR official mail in another 2 months?!

I called IRCC last evening as well. The call centre agent told me that my application has been approved. She was like - 'there's nothing to worry about now. All done. All good. Congratulations'. On asking further about when I could expect the e-mail, she said 'it should be sent out soon. Keep a look out in your inbox for communication. In case you don't hear from us by Dec 07 (6 months from AoR), please reach out to us.'

Relax @shishirkona. I can see so many same messages of yours on all replies. I understand you are frustrated with the process but remain calm. Don’t let things bother you so much.

You will get your golden email soon. Don’t think so much and enjoy the moment of going to ip2.

Let me see if I understand this correctly.
You ordered notes and saw thet wanted more infomation so you raised a CSE to provide extra infomation?

Even though they have recieved this additional infomation it may not be looked at until it reaches the case analyst for review. If it had reached that point they would have sent an ADR.

I would say wait a bit to see if they respond to the webform.

Personally I'd give about a month from the date you sumbitted the new documents before ordering notes for this particular purpose.

They will respond to webform query saying your documents have been forwarded to the concerned VO. In my case they had responded in about three weeks but some members have reported receiving a response in one week also.
