13.4 Work History(My CIC Account)

HI All,
I need you guys help regarding work history section in CIC account.
I have been working at a consulting firm for last 16 months, I worked In New York for 9 months to a particular client after that I moved to california and started working for a different client for last 7 months but the employer remained the same, In work history section they are asking for employer information along with duration and location.

My issue here is should I mention the different locations I worked in the last 16 months or should I go with the offer letter the firm gave in which they mentioned that I am employed to there firm in new york location.

in total I have 16 months of experience if I mention two locations in the application will it effect my 1 year experience clause which is used to calculate points ....... If I do not mention my change of location will there be any effect In the future as in ITA I was told that we need to give last 10 years addresses we lived in .... please help me on this......

In the employer information you put the address of the employer main office, not where you work.
In your address history you need to mention both new York and cali addresses.

Thanks all for the reply, can you guys please share any sample LOE's or links pertinent to it.
There is no format. I would just say that something to the effect that Location A was your main office but you were living in Locations B, C, etc for time periods X, Y, etc respectively because these were your client locations and your role required to work closely with clients. Keep it brief and clear.

A QQ @navinball as i am going through the forum and various peoples recommendation I am totally confused.
I was told that I need to mention current location in CIC account and previous location in LOE, can you please clarify on this what should be my approach .......... at present I am in california ....... should I mention that or go with what you said.........can you please let me know on what needs to be done ....the employer is same no change of NOC and title but location change........

I've also worked at client locations when I was contracting but in the employer information I provided the address of the employer main office. In the address history I mentioned the client locations.
I did not even explain in loe but it's upto you whether to mention in loe or not.
