some are wrong as it was student railcard not railway

den it should be avoid overcharging not overcharging

I thought of the answer to be songs but the question was about two things (ie..speech and _________) songs are again a oral type. I think Writing is justified...

Yes, they were talking about the certificate... And the guy told is it this(don't remember) or this (don't remember) and then the parent said that it was for smartones. Yes Smartones is not a dictionary word so smart is justified. However we can expect both to be the correct answers.
