Processing time is longer than usual compared to last year and early this year. What could be the reason?

Are CEC Inland applicant's application goes through quickly than others?

I think generally it is said that CEC is faster than PNP stream but the immitracker data shows sometimes for clearing MEP, it seems that PNP is faster than CEC applicants. And also the case is pretty individual...

BTW does anyone know about the UCI change? Before MEP, the format of UCI is CANXXXXXXX but after MEP, it changes back to my previous UCI. Thanks.

How long is it been since MEP ? Mine changed the same day.

And BTW no email from CIC so I think applicants have to sign in their accounts from time to time. Anyway good luck everyone and let's keep the pace of our life and remain patient although I myself also think it's not gonna be easy

This is strange. I got a mail when there was an update on my application. Probably these days their site has not been working many a times, so that might be one reason of not getting a mail.

I did not get a email for MEP either, however I had got ADR the same day for IMM5475 I uploaded that in same day and noticed BGC had already moved to IP1 and Medicals passed a day later. Stuck there since..

If you submitted biometrics after a few days when you put your dob on the link provided you will know your VO

Gave biometrics just an hour ego, the status was already updated in my account: (I was told it changes on-line)

Seems like VO offices are also suffering CIC site glitches; when I came to VO to give biometrics they were unable to do it as the system has been down for an hour or so
But in 5 mins everything started working) Whole procedure took 5 mins max

This usually happens when you are requested for additional documents from what I have seen.
