Actually forgot to prepare my SOP, and attach KSA residence documents, and employment letters,
during 2nd application I attached all these..
I didnt pay that fees
I dont know if they will process it or not
Anyways its hard to get a visa

Yes application fees is mandatory otherwise they won’t offer you the final verdict acceptance or rejection before paying the fees.
For the 2nd question it’s a university requirement many have the option to scan and upload digitally while in others they have to be mailed physically.

@qasim95 jan is coming fast when are you planning to reapply? Might I suggest something? Use Any visa consultant as you are saying you missed something.i also was planning to apply myself but my friend didn’t let me as he said we will miss many things.
Hire a consultant in Islamabad use Times,PFL they apply in 10-15,000 not much cash.

just in the process of gathering different documents , will apply soon , most of the consulatants like time nd hr discourge students from applying to canada , they mostly file australian study permits .

what does it mean? My status is like this... Actually my brother made a call to immigration office and computer generated information was this of my file...
@Fatima Intzar they are still reviewing your eligibility, Only medical passed , rest everything in progress.
Same is the case with my application, only medical clear, My Biometrics are already done during last application but still same message is appearing "We do not need your finger prints...................."
Now they will directly give final verdict I think. It has happened same with me. Lets hope for the best..

But I checked on a website and this status means that you are very close to get passport request.. Now I don't know either it is right or wrong... It is IP2 stage and after that you'll get an answer..
Chances of rejection are still there??
