I was not referring to a stamp on the passport after the UK Court of Appeals overturned the refusal for the student visa extension. There would be no stamp in this case.Unfortunately, I don't have those papers or documents to highlight that matter. Also, once you are in the UK you will resident card instead of getting the stamp on passport!
You must have certainly received a UK court order for the ruling in your favor - typically a 2-4 pages long document. You would need to scan/include that document.
I would not (never, in fact) risk applying for PR without declaring this UK visa extension refusal. You won the appeal in the UK court so it would certainly help your case. But, not declaring it could make it a case of misrepresentationNow my main concern if I mention that in my personal history, will it affect my PR application decision? Because I didn't mention that during the extension of work permit three times!
