Hi @legalfalcon, thank you for your reply! I don't have a nomination from quebec and that's the reason why applied in cec. But I am a contract based worker and i also provide an Ontario lease to prove my intention. Do you think I am still in eligibility review stage (it has been two months since AOR)? And by the contract and lease, am I possible to get the PR? Thank you so much for your time and I am really nervous recently.Did you have a nomination from Quebec? If not then you will get a procedural fairness letter during eligibility.

I would suggest that you request GCMS notes to know any concerns by the officer, which will be in his notes.Hi @legalfalcon, thank you for your reply! This is not normal. The AoR is usually sent immediately, or within a 24-48 hours after transmission of the application. You can go in your account and see your application and see the documents that have been transmitted. I assume it was just a glitch in the system that delayed your AoR
Got itAfter your application has been submitted, you only have to inform IRCC if for change of address, move to a new country of residence, or change in family composition or criminal record.
For short travel there is no need to inform IRCc. Also, your PCC has to be valid on the date you file your application. Once filed, it is locked and you are not required to provide updated PCC every time you travel or the old one expires/.
Damnnnn son of a gun!!! I'm assuming I got cleared of that because after that I was requested Sch A and then my SS started.US and Canada share a no fly list, called Tuscan. The note is to run your name against it.

Hi @legalfalcon, thank you for your advice! I have ordered my gcms note 10 days ago, Today I got to know that I have review required in eligibility review, I guess it is because my Quebec residency. I would like to ask you can I wait unitl my contract ends and then move to ontario (march 2019) OR I need to move immediately? I have some family issues so it is really difficult for me to move now. Meantime, I provided an ontario lease as a proof for my intertion, could you give me some suggections. Thank you very much.I would suggest that you request GCMS notes to know any concerns by the officer, which will be in his notes.
1. Only after your application starts processing , will your meds will also be evaluated. So if your app processing was delayed, so will your meds be.Hello Legalfalcon
Have a couple questions more hope you can please shed some light. Thanks in advance for all your valuable response.
1. I checked my bank account and saw that the cheque was cashed on October 1st, 2018. but still, I received my AOR after 20 days. Most of the applicant's medicals are being passed within 20 - 30 days. since I received my AOR after 20 days does this mean my medicals will take more 20 - 30 days from today?
2. Do you suggest I send a CSE to IRCC enquiring them about this issue and requesting them to look into this issue and also to see if they can expedite the process of my application since I lost so many days
Thank you in advance for all your help!
