It does not matter. They might have just opened your profile and when they log out of your profile the system by default sends a message. So nothing to worry.

Don't want to get ahead of myself so...

This morning I logged into my account on the CIC website. Current Status read "Application/Profile updated". There was no New Message nor did I get an email.

US Citizen / AOR date was June 22nd / IP2 since July 7th

Does this sound like a promising sign?

Sounds like they have touched your application and there is movement, and im guessing because you have been in IP2 STAGE Since beginning of July, long wait should be over soon...GOOD LUCK

Has any outland (non usa) applicant ip2 on 15/16 October got PPR? Wondering when they will release next PPR batch!

Our application went into IP2 on October 9th after a long time in IP1 so we were hoping for the PPR to arrive within a week (as seems to be the pattern here for most people)

We called in today and found out that we’ve passed criminality and eligibility but security is yet to start.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Same here. I moved to ip2 on October 15. Called Cic. They told me that my eligibility is recommended pass. Criminality is passed and security yet to start . Can anyone please share the knowledge of what is being done during security check?

Not yet. I saw someone who moved to IP2 on October 9th got theirs today though.

I moved to IP2 on Oct 15 but today my ADR status went back to 'we are reviewing' so that has me a bit concerned.

Nothing to be concerned about. Its a good sign. Don't read too much in to messages on CIC account. But change in messages indicate progress so that's good.
