I need your advice on raising CSE.

I received AOR on 30 September. I submitted LoE which is 4 pages of explanation plus some appendixes.

I realized that when opening my LOE in Adobe Acrobat and after reading the explanation pages, I receive a page error on page 13 (one of the appendixes) that say "There is a problem on this page. Acrobat Reader may not view this page correctly. For the correction of the error, contact with the creator of this PDF."

But when you click OK to this, you can still view the whole LOE.

The appendix page that creates the problem is EFT receipt original document (appendix to the explanation of "accompanying spouse transferring money to PA"). The bottom of the EFT receipt became illegible due to merging PDF files and I guess this causes the page error.

But the same original EFT receipt scan is in the mandatory POF documents and it can be read perfectly.

My 2 questions are

• Even though you can read the LoE file after clicking OK to this error, do you think this can create a problem for the VO?
• Even the original EFT receipt is on POF, may the same but partially illegible original EFT receipt may cause a problem for the VO? I mean VO can see the perfect original copy in POF if he/she wishes.

Do you think that I should raise a CSE and upload the same LoE without these errors?

If you see a potential problem, it is always good to rectify it. So just go ahead and send a new version of LoE to IRCC visa CSE and explain that the LoE may create issues on a specific page and that is why you are requesting that the document be replaced with this one.

Hi,

I've received my ITA in d latest draw and working on getting PoF. Me & my wife have applied for the PR - following is our status of accounts:

Mine:
Bank account 1(own name) - Balance approx. INR 50k and balance has stayed less than 1 lakh for last 6 months
Joint account (with father) - Has education loan of INR 3 lacs outstandjng amount which i will pay back next week. Negligible amount in savings account
RSUs - INR 10 lacs worth of RSUs of US MNC
Mutual Funds - INR 50k in mutual funds
PPF - INR 3 lacs


Wife:
Account 1 ( her name) - Savings account balance of INR 50k and balance has stayed below 100k for last 6 months.

FDs worth INR 2.0 lacs maturity in 2019
FDs worth 50k maturity in 2023

Account 2 ( joint acciunt with her mom) - Negligible savings amount

MF - INR 1.5 lacs in mutual funds


Now i havr following queries -

a) I need approx 9.2 lacs funds for PR application. Out of the above what all proofs can i use?

b) If i sell some RSUs , do i need to share any document?

c) i will take money from dad but is it god to take as high as 8 lacs from him? Gift deed will do?

d) Do i need to disclose each and every bank account as mentioned above and my wife?

Really confused how shall i go about arranging proof of funds.

Yes you can as long as you can can prove it and get all the documents to substantiate it.

unfortunately I still haven’t received PPR after my AOR in June 2017. At the end of this month, I would complete 1 year under SS and 16 months since AOR. 2 weeks ago I ordered CBSA notes (will take a couple more weeks to arrive), but I’m not too optimistic since my medicals expired, hasn’t been automatically renewed and I haven’t received a request to redo them which all indicate that SS is still ongoing. The last time I ordered notes was end of June from CSIS and I received a letter back then that I’m still under security screening so they can’t reveal the notes. I understand SS can be lengthy, but is there anything I can do after such a long period of time to at least get them to rush it? And is there any sort of time frame that passes when I can then escalate this?

Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do except wait. There will be 4 security related activity sin your CBSA notes. If you have 3 or 2 then you are half way through.
As regards as time frames, its all over the place.

You can renew your passport after CoPR and there is no need to send the new passport to IRCC.

Your question is not clear. Have you received the COPR or have you received the email to send your passport?

Need some suggestion.

I had applied FSW-Outland, NOC 0213, AOR 3rd April. My eligibility is "review required for main duties by officer", as per case processing agent. Job duties appears consistent with lead statement, review required on main duties by officer. I was in process of getting updated work experience letter from company, more elaborate one, to clear any confusion.

Changes is that recently or couple of days before, due to re-org my designation changed. However, my roles and responsibility is the same. As per new designation I am Senior Solution Architect, before it was Senior system manager. Looking into the NOC, as per designation spelled. Senior Solution Architect is lying in NOC 2171 (Information system analysts and consultants) and Senior system manager in NOC 0213 (Computer and Information system manager), but as per roles and responsibility, I am still in NOC 0213.

I have the updated letter too.

My concern is how to put forward to CIC. Should I share the update letter and explain the sequence of events, or stay still .

Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks @legalfalcon .. I have received COPR and visa on my passport and it is valid till sep 2019. My passport is expiring in Oct 2019, so i was planning to renew only my passport before travelling to Canada.

Yes, you can renew your passport. However, you will have to carry your old passport too, as your visa in in the old passport.

@legalfalcon its 13 month of my application and still i am stuck with interview to be scheduled by london visa office at abu dhabi its been a long time since i am waiting for interview dates ( since march 2018 ) and i have tried emailing ircc and london visa office to request for interview dates but no use they just give standard reply

i really dont know after march why he/she is not coming to abu dhabi for conducting interviews and why they are delaying it

As per this the Job Duties part of the PA needs additional review. The workplace of the PA is not cooperating and what we submitted is the only thing they gave us. (PA's manager signed on the job duties part of the reference letter). Title is Project Manager but H1-b was filed in the "Engineering Managers" and the work was more like it then "Systems manager" or other manager. We used appropriate NOC and the reference letters had the job duties description similar to those in the NOC.

Can they reject the case outright based on this? Can it take one year or more to hear anything back?

I ordered CBSA notes and have 4 security screening related activities, the last one is in progress by CBSA, does that mean that I have passed the security check by CBSA? Also, I was told by the agent that I have passed the part 2 of the background check and part 1 is still in progress, so I think maybe once CSIS finishes the job on my application, I will pass the security check, is that right? I really need your professional opinions!
