Additional Dependant Form - IMM008DEP

Hi Guys,
I have recieved ITA from PEI. I am the principal applicant with my wife accompanying. Do i need to fill the Additional Dependant Form. And if i do, do i need to fill it only for my wife or my immediate family as well, ex parents and brother even if the not accompanynig. and if i do need to fill for them, do i need to fill one form for each member of my family.

I understand the definition of family, my question is do I need to fill this form.

I don't know about what forms needs to be filled for "ITA from PEI". This section is for family sponsorship. So I have no experience for filling in forms that's not for spousal or parent and grandparent sponsorship.

If a husband (already a PR) is sponsoring his wife to become PR, then the wife is the principle applicant. And if they have no child, then they do not need to fill-in IMM008DEP. But she needs to includes him in other forms. (e.g. IMM5406)

Her non-immediate family do not need to fill in the IMM008DEP. (e.g. father, mother, brother, sister...etc)
