Hi, I submitted my application on July 12, 2018. I have passed my medical, and sent an additional document which was requested. I was wondering if anyone knows how much longer it might take to get an answer from them? It's so difficult waiting, not knowing, life is literally put on hold. Any help would be much appreciated.

Nobody can say how long it will take. You need to have patience, thats it. Average processing time is 4-6 months. You're still only in your second month. Just stay positive and go on with your life. One fine day when you're not even thinking about it suddenly you'll be pleasantly surprised by the ppr email. So just enjoy the ride.

Hey, I've collected docs required for PR and planning to submit this week, but I've heard horrible stories about waiting time. As I already have a valid work permit (till 2020) and my score is greater than the cutoff threshold is there any chance to get my card in a couple of months?
