Things we need from employer

Hello,

I have been working in RBC for two years, and to show that work experience, What are the things i need from the employer?

I am aware about that we require "reference letter" from our manager. Anything else is required from the employer or manager other than "reference letter" when we apply for Permanent residency?

Reference letter is the only thing. Paystubs, but you should already have those.

Yup, pay stubs and T4 statements. The reference letter needs to be very specific as per the guidelines too. Good luck.

Paystubs are not required. But they are helpful if you earn an hourly wage (as opposed to a salary) or if you work variable or part-time hours...

I agree, I think it's one of those things that is not required to submit, but can be helpful to submit preemptively for when the Analyst/Officer has any doubts during the application review... I've seen a few cases on the forum where they were requested afterwards, or an application was rejected over a misunderstanding where some Paystubs would've provided clarity.

T4 I think is a good thing to submit as well as they can be very strict with assessing Canadian work experience.

Yup, anything that helps support your claim is always good. I submitted my payslips, letter of reference and T4, I had no issues.
