1. I recieved ppr request in email but no msg in cic application is it okay?
2. I recieved PPR Request on 18 Sep 2018. I submitted passports and pictures on 19th Sept. Its shows under processing on vfs tracking. The status in CIC portal says under review. How long do I have to wait?

Depends on Visa office.
For Delhi (NDVO ) office 2 weeks to get your passport back. This is my experience.

Kindly let me know the procedure after receiving the PPR. How did you take appointment from VFS? What all documents were taken?

no appointment required any time 9am to 4pm mo to Friday
Documents
1. Passports
2. Email confirming to submit
3. Photographs as per specification with stamp of studio at back 2 photo per applicant

You just submitted yesterday and now you are getting impatient. VFS takes 2-3 weeks for Visa Stamping.

regarding tracking, when you submitted passports, they gave you a slip. On that slip, there is a tracking number.

If you have submitted your passports, it will take 2-3 weeks for Visa stamping.
