is it possible that they have sent the passport request not on online account but on email. and i might have not got it. or they send it to online account only.

What does your online status say? Does it say "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements." in the first line?

it says
We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you

Did you raised WEB FORM or sent any letter to local MP.... sending letter local MP really Helps.... they will check the status with IRCC and get back to you with answer about what exactly is happening with your application.....

i did raised a web form couple days back but dont know the process to contact Mp. How does it really work, if you can kindly explain.

You can draft a mail to your local Canadian office MP ( if you are the applicant , who ever is inviting you from Canada they can write formal mail) office with application details and requesting to check with IRCC as processing time crossed long back ....

i am in canada, and inviting my sister. so i can write the letter. i would try doing that. Thanks.
