You can't claim two or more for a *secondary* school diploma. It needs to be post secondary. If you indicate incorrect level of education, you may get ITA but you will be rejected and possibly banned due to misrepresentation.
When you do not know the correct information. Do not give wrong information. It may affect others' future. You can clearly see that CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY Says "Diploma (two years) and bachelor's degree (three years)". He is eligible to two or more degree. Secondary school diploma and diploma (two years) doe not mean that it is secondary school diploma. It equals to Diploma (two years) also. That's why the summary is written like this. He will get the points for Diploma(2years) and bachelors. There is no problem to select two options in a level of education in the express entry.

How sure are you about this information?? As why would they give ITA and then impose ban?
I am very sure because it's written on the site where they describe how CRS is calculated for Education Skill Transferability -

Two or more *post-secondary* program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer.

System gives out ITA based on what you indicate in profile. For this diploma, you will need to select level of education as secondary ( if I recall correctly, the system asks you to input only post-secondary education, which in this case, is a 3 years bachelors). So you either need to leave it out of your profile or indicate it as a secondary education.

Please read the entire WES evaluation - it is a secondary school diploma. It counts for nothing.

3 years of diploma equal to Secondary school diploma and Diploma(2years). CRS points will be for Diploma(2years) not for Secondary school diploma.

Please stop making things up - the link mentions nothing of that sort. You are blatantly advising incorrect information that will lead to a rejection and possibly misrepresentation. The level of education for the first credential needs to be selected as secondary diploma, followed by bachelors. The system will then automatically calculate points as a single bachelor degree.

If you or anyone mentions the first credential as a post secondary, you are looking at rejection because the WES literally says the level as Secondary, in your face.

Do one thing - go calculate points on CRS calculator for both scenarios I have mentioned. You will see difference in score. Please do not make up information and advise others incorrectly.

How about the ECA report says "postsecondary certificate + bachelor"?

Will this count as 2 or more?

You seem like an uneducated person. When It clearly says two or degree in CIC link. Go ahead and read properly.

Yes, it will. The additional degree/diploma/certificate needs to be a post-secondary credential. I can not believe people are just throwing things out in open based on the word 'diploma' and advising others to select two and more..

See below thread for detailed analysis - save your time and money as well as possible misrepresentation. Select only bachelor's if you have done 10 + diploma + degree or if your diploma credentials says secondary education.

My friend -
1. there is no option to select two or more when filling out express entry profile.
2. You need to add each credential and select appropriate level of education. For diploma that says secondary, you need to select Secondary.
3. After that, you need to add bachelor as another credential and select level of education as University/whatever.

You will then get points for a single bachelor - system automatically calculates based on the credentials you list. Now, if you list your first credential as post-secondary, it will get counted as two or more but when the time comes for review by IRCC, they are going to reject your application. Want to know the reason? Its because your friggin report says the level of you credential is secondary!!
