Can you please elaborate on what you mean when you say "if there is no availability, you would transfer for may 2019/ fall" ?

i mean if u apply for January 19 winter, and u granted admission or eligibility, once u pay for acceptance and d space for d intake is closed, u'd be given admission for may19(fall). its on d school site

I had applied in July. Got my LOA in 2nd week of August for GBM.

centennial is not going to provide offers anymore.... me and many other people who applied for centennial in month of july all got the mail that the seats are full and you may apply for other colleges or for the next intake....
